Stretch
Thai massage combines assisted stretching with compressions in a rhythmic, meditative flow that allows for increase of flexibility, relaxation, and release of tight muscles. Full sessions are done fully clothed on a floor mat, however, this modality can be modified to be combined with massage on a table.
